Join Manasi and Hilaire for a delightful journey from Battersea Power Station Tube to 575 Wandsworth Road, a hidden gem cared for by the National Trust. Explore the captivating home of polymath Khadambi Asalache, where every corner tells a story of his life, travels and adventures.

Led by enthusiastic local guides Manasi and Hilaire, you'll discover the magic of places through stories along the way. Capture the essence of the neighbourhood through your own lens, as you're encouraged to document your impressions.

At the end of the walk, you will get an exclusive tour of 575 Wandsworth Road, where you can immerse yourself in the intricate details of Asalache's home adorned with intricate fretwork, paintings, books and music. Then, unleash your inner artist as we sit together around his dinner table and participate in a workshop designed to ignite your imagination.

From seasoned creators to those just starting out, this experience is for everyone. Whether you're drawn to paintbrushes or poetry, this journey promises to awaken your creativity and leave you inspired to explore the artist within you!
