Evaluation is a process of exploring/understanding… 

• how a project, performance, event or activity is working/has worked
• what difference it has made for who – what’s changed for those involved
• how and why… … for practical purposes – e.g. sharing learning, making decisions, evidencing impact, applying for funding.
